Wow, another Halloween here! Can't believe it. It's been a busy year . . . kids went to college (boo hoo), launched Evil Chose You to massive fanfare (well, maybe a bit of fanfare) and much more. For all of you who read my book, thank you for your support!
My next book - Sacrifice - is coming right along. Already @ 233pg + 65K words. What's it about? Cults, kidnappings, demon worship, celebrity, murder . . . you get the picture. I can't wait to share it with all of you. Check back here frequently as I'll soon be posting sneak peeks (I promise!)
Just sat through a Boston Globe Book Club interview with Paul Tremblay. He wrote Horror Movie and The Cabin at the End of the World, which was made into the movie Cabin in the Woods on Netflix. I read both books and they're worth checking out. Paul's a local guy, too. Horror Movie is definitely creepy. The Thin Kid is a classic character, and I hope we'll see him again in another PT book.
The thought of trump being president is scarier than any horror movie or book or jump scare that I can think of.
If you're intent on visiting Salem in October, don't drive there. No parking anywhere. Take the train or park at North Shore Mall and catch an uber or lyft. You can thank me later.
